Thanks for using Billionaire life Drive! Our mission is to create a more enlightened way of working and help you and those you work with stay aligned.

We do this by providing an intuitive, unified platform and suite of applications and services that make your content secure,

available and synchronized. These terms of service ("Terms") cover your use of and access to our services, client software and websites ("Services").

Your stuff and your permissions

When you use our Services, you provide us with things such as your files, content, messages, contacts, and so on ("Your Stuff").

Your stuff is yours. These terms do not give us any rights in your things other than the limited rights that allow us to offer the services.

You may need to register for an account to access the Services, and we may create an account for You to interact with the Services.

Our services include a suite of apps and websites.

To help you stay productive, when you use the same account to access different parts of the package,

your belongings can come with you.

Your responsibilities

Your use of our Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

Content in the Services may be protected by the intellectual property rights of others.

Do not copy, post, download or share content unless you have the right to do so.

Billionaire life Drive may review your conduct and content for compliance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

We are not responsible for the content that people post and share through the Services.

Help us keep your belongings protected.

Protect your password for the Services and keep your account information up to date.

Do not share your account credentials or give others access to your account.

You may use our Services only as permitted by applicable law,

including export control laws and regulations.

Finally, in order to use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old if you live in the United States and 16 years old if you live anywhere else.

If the law in your place of residence requires that you must be of age in order for Billionaire life Drive to legally provide services to you without parental consent

(including the use of your personal data), then you must be of that older age.

Beta services

We sometimes release products and features that we are still testing and evaluating

("Beta Services"). Beta services are marked as "alpha", "beta", "preview", "early access" or "evaluation"

(or with words or phrases with a similar meaning) and may not be as reliable as other Billionaire life Drive services.

Beta services are available so that we can collect user feedback,

and by using our Beta Services, you agree that we may contact you to collect such feedback.

Beta services are confidential until official launch.

If you use any Beta Services, you agree not to disclose any information about those Services to anyone without our permission.

Additional options

From time to time, Billionaire life Drive will add additional features to enhance the user experience of our storage service at no additional cost.

However, these free features may be withdrawn without further notice.

Our things

The Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other foreign laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in the Services, anyone else's content in the Services,

Billionaire life Drive trademarks, logos and other brand features.

We welcome feedback, but please note that we may use comments or suggestions without any obligation to you.

Copyright

We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that you do the same.

We respond to notifications of alleged copyright infringement if they are in accordance with the law,

and such notices should be reported using our Copyright Policy.

We reserve the right to delete or disable content that allegedly infringes copyright and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Claims of copyright infringement should be submitted through our copyright complaint

form or to our authorized agent for our services at:

Paid bills

Billing. You can increase your storage space and add paid features to your account

(converting your account to a "Paid Account"). We will automatically bill you from the date you switch to a Paid Account and at each periodic renewal until you cancel.

If you are on an annual plan, we will send you an email notifying you that your plan will renew within a reasonable period of time before the renewal date.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will collect the tax when applicable.

Some countries have binding local laws regarding your cancellation rights, and this paragraph does not override those laws.

Cancellation.

You can cancel your Paid Account at any time.

Refunds are issued only if required by law.

Lowering.

Your Paid Account will remain in effect until canceled or terminated under these Terms.

If you are using the Billionaire life Drive family plan, your family manager can downgrade your account at any time.

If you do not pay your Paid Account on time, we reserve the right to suspend it or remove the features of your Paid Account.

Changes.

We may change the fees that apply to your subscription renewal,

to reflect factors such as changes in our product offerings,

changes in our business or changes in economic conditions.

We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of these changes by message to the email address associated with your account and have

you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fee takes effect.

Using Billionaire life Drive teams.

If you join the Billionaire life Drive team, you must use it in accordance with the terms and conditions of your organization.

Please note that Billionaire life Drive team accounts are under your organization's control.

Your administrators may be able to access, disclose, restrict or remove information on or from your Billionaire life Drive account.

They may also limit or terminate your access to the Billionaire life Drive account.

If you convert an existing Billionaire life Drive account to part of a Billionaire life Drive team, your administrators may prevent you from separating your account from the Billionaire life Drive team later.

You are free to stop using our Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services upon notice if Billionaire life Drive reasonably believes:

You violate these Terms,

your use of the Services would cause an actual risk of harm or loss to us or other users, or

you do not have a Paid Account and have not accessed our Services for 12 consecutive months.

We will send you a reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to correct the activity

which prompted us to contact you and gave you the opportunity to export your items from our services.

If you fail to take the steps we ask of you after such notice, we will terminate or suspend your access to the Services.

We will not provide notice or an opportunity to export your belongings prior to terminating or suspending access to the Services if Billionaire life Drive reasonably believes:

you materially violate these Terms, including, but not limited to, violating our Acceptable Use Policy,

it would cause us legal liability or jeopardize our ability to provide the Services to our other users, or

we are prohibited from doing so by law. After we suspend or terminate your access to the Services, you will not be able to access or export your stuff.

Billionaire life Drive does not offer refunds if we suspend or terminate your access to the Services, unless required by law.

Termination of services

We may decide to discontinue the Services in response to exceptional unforeseen circumstances,

events beyond Billionaire life Drive's control (for example natural disaster, fire or explosion)

or as required by law. If we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice so that you can remove your belongings from our systems

(we will give you at least 30 days notice if possible in the circumstances).

If we terminate the services in this way before the end of any fixed or minimum term for which you have paid us, we will refund to you a portion of the fees that you have paid in advance but have not received the services.

We strive to provide superior service, but there are certain things we cannot guarantee. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BILLIONAIRE LIFE AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES,

THE SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE ALSO DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

WE DO NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WHERE IT WOULD BE UNLAWFUL TO DO SO

THIS INCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR BILLIONAIRE OR ITS AFFILIATES' FRAUD OR MISREPRESENTATION IN PROVIDING THE SERVICES.

IN COUNTRIES WHERE THE FOLLOWING EXCLUSIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED, WE ARE LIABLE TO YOU ONLY FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGES WHICH ARE A REASONABLY FORESEEABLE RESULT OF OUR FAILURE

THE USE OF REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL OR OUR BREACH OF OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU.

THIS PARAGRAPH DOES NOT AFFECT CONSUMER RIGHTS WHICH MAY NOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY ANY CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT.

IF YOU ARE AN EU OR UK CONSUMER, THESE TERMS DO NOT EXCLUDE BILLIONAIRE'S LIABILITY FOR LOSSES AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OUR FAILURE OF CARE AND SKILL IN PROVIDING THE SERVICES OR OUR BREACH OF CONTRACT WITH YOU,

AS LONG AS THOSE LOSSES AND DAMAGES ARE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

IN COUNTRIES WHERE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE ALLOWED,

BILLIONAIRE ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR

ANY LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFIT, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.

THESE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER BILLIONAIRE OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IF YOU USE THE SERVICES FOR ANY COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, OR RESALE PURPOSE,

IN NO EVENT SHALL BILLIONAIRE, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS,

LOSS OF JOB, INTERRUPTION OF JOB OR LOSS OF JOB OPPORTUNITY. BILLIONAIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT,

WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, BY ANY USER OF THE SERVICES.

The whole deal

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Billionaire life Drive with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede and supersede all other prior or contemporaneous

agreements or terms and conditions that apply to the subject of these Terms.

Our past, present and future affiliates and agents may invoke our rights under this agreement in the event they become involved in a dispute with you.

Otherwise, these Terms do not grant rights to third parties.

Waiver, Severability and Transfer

Billionaire life Drive's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force,

and the enforceable provision will be replaced to reflect our intent as closely as possible.

You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms, and any such attempt will be null and void.

Billionaire life Drive may assign its rights to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries or any successor in interest in any business related to the Services.

Changes

We may revise these Terms to better reflect:

amendments to the law,

new regulatory requirements, or

improvements or enhancements to our Services.

If an update affects your use of the Services or your legal rights as a user of our Services,

we will notify you prior to the update's effective date by sending an email to the email address associated with your account or through an in-product notification.

These updated terms will take effect at least 30 days after we notify you.

If you do not agree with the updates we make, please cancel your account and stop using the Services before the updated Terms take effect.

Where applicable, we will offer you a prorated refund based on the amount you paid in advance for the Services and the date of cancellation of your account.

By continuing to use or access the Services after updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
